The mabe Ethics Line is the means to receive suggestions, comments or report violations of the Code of Ethics in a confidential, anonymous (optional), secure, free of charge and easy to use manner. The system is operated by EthicsGlobal, experts in reporting.

EthicsGlobal, as an independent third party, guarantees confidentiality to all reporters. By doing so, mabe assures all employees that the follow-up and resolution process will be carried out with complete transparency and objectivity.

At mabe, we believe that diversity in the composition of the workforce is essential to the success of the organization. We constantly work to promote inclusion and diversity, so our doors are open to everyone, regardless of age, sex, gender, race, sexual orientation, social status or disability.



To do so, you can use our mabe Ethics Line to report it. In accordance with our Code of Ethics, each reported case is investigated in order to apply the corrective measures that the situation warrants.

mabe expects all its Employees to adhere to our Code of Ethics by complying with the company's standards and policies, as well as the laws, rules and regulations of all the countries where we operate.

Our Responsibility

  • Provide tools and channels for receiving questions, proposals and reports in an easy, secure, confidential and anonymous manner without any fear of repercussion or retaliation.
  • Investigate, resolve and, if necessary, sanction the reports received.

Your Responsibility

  • If you were affected, witness or have knowledge of inappropriate conduct, report it so that you do not become an accomplice to this action.
  • Use the reporting channels provided by the company.
  • Follow up on reports to know the status and corrective measures of the investigation, and if necessary, add more information, evidence or reoccurrences.
